  I have been using this post office for years, dealing the with same couple of managers/owners. They know me by name now, are delightful and helpful. Queues of our senior brethren who haven't quite grasped internet bpay are dealt with quickly, and if you go at the right time parking is ample. My favourite PO.

  Went to complete a keypass application, said he couldnt do it as his systems needed to be updated to accept the stickers he has. Told me to call customer support to get it sorted out as he apparently has no contact to get it sorted himself, when I contacted customer support I was told that is not the case and told me he does in fact have a number to call to get it sorted. The manager is simply just too lazy to get his business in order and be able to process services that they offer.
