It's very hard to leave the shop without buying something.
The layout is very good as it displays so much in different areas of the shop.
A great place to visit. - The Bandit Added October 13, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately I cannot give this store a higher rating as their follow through service has been very disappointing and unreliable. Last year we purchased an outdoor setting but the glass top on the large outdoor table was cracked. They said there was not a problem as they would replace the glass top. There has been a fairly lengthy delay in the glass top and 7 months on the new glass top has still not been replaced due to numerous phone calls and promises from Ellis that it would be replaced and delivered.

I went to Ellis Outdoor to only enquire about spare parts for a very old Weber. They didn't have it but the Store Manager went into great detail on what I needed to do and who I needed to contact to get the part. So helpful.

- I T Added September 25, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★I bought a outdoor table and chair set from Wllis outdoor living, the staff services was excellent , I ran into the shop late while they were closing, yet staff still allow me to look around and helped me take order patiently. The delivery experience was good too, fast turnaround and professional. Lastly, table and chair quality are nice.
