The gym itself is on the small side, however you can also use the room they use for classes (when not in use) which is never busy. Gym classes are always good, very intense if you're just starting out. After standard work times it gets quite busy, so if you like a nice quiet workout, go later or during the day, or weekends. Shower, toilet and sauna facilities are also very good. The female changing room has plenty of space, and even comes with hair dryers. Overall a good motivating gym.
